Brad Banducci will step down as Group CEO of Ticketek Entertainment Group at the end of the month.
In a statement on Wednesday, the ticketing and events company confirmed that current Chief Operating Officer, Cameron Hoy will take over the position.
“When I joined the Group just over a year ago, I came in to do a specific role – to set the Group up for the next horizon of growth,” Banducci said.
“I felt the time was right to transition leadership of the Group. With that in mind, I wanted to announce that, consistent with our succession planning, Cameron Hoy our Chief Operating Officer has been appointed as Group CEO effective the 1st of June.”
Hoy said of his appointment: “TEG exists to partner with the world’s best Venues, Promoters and Rights-holders to connect fans to the moments that matter most and I am honoured to lead such an entrepreneurial business and team”.
The former Woolworths CEO only took over the head role at TEG in April 2025, succeeding Geoff Jones who stepped into the chairmanship. “I am delighted to pass the baton to Brad, whose proven track record makes him the ideal leader to guide TEG into its next phase,” Jones said at the time. “As chairman, I look forward to working with Brad and the team to continue to grow the business.”
