Australia’s Joseph Zada and US actress McKenna Grace, stars of the upcoming “Hunger Games” instalment, “The Hunger Games: Sunrise on the Reaping,” will head to Sydney this month to promote the film.
Roadshow Films and Lionsgate announced the news on Wednesday, with the actors set to hit Sydney on Wednesday, October 14th.
In an interview with Variety Australia earlier this year, Grace praised Sydney-born Zada, who plays Haymitch Abernathy in “Hunger Games,” for his performance.
“He’s one of the most talented actors I’ve ever worked with,” she tells Variety Australia. “He’s genuinely about to become one of the biggest stars ever. I’m so excited for everybody to watch him perform.”
Grace warned audiences to prepare for plenty of tears, saying “Sunrise on the Reaping” is a heartwrenching experience.
“It’s gonna be really, really sad. I keep reminding everybody how sad it’s going to be,” she said. “Lots of tears, lots of drama, but it’s going to be beautiful.”
