Lady Gaga is kicking off her 2025 “Mayhem Ball” tour Wednesday night in Las Vegas, and fans nationwide and around the world are following reports out of the T-Mobile Arena to find out what she’s performing and how it does or doesn’t differ from the handful of pre-“Ball” she performed earlier this year. Variety is providing the full setlist, below, as it develops.

The Mayhem Ball closely follows the template established at her Coachella shows, but with some very crowd-pleasing additions, most of them popping up in the second half of the show. Crowd-pleasers not heard earlier in this year’s shows included “Applause,” “Just Dance,” “Shadow of a Man” and “LoveDrug.” “Shallow” also received a new arrangement and visual treatment, with Gaga now singing it from a gondola. “Die With a Smile” received a stylistic makeover, as well.

(Variety will be publishing a full review of the Vegas opener on Thursday morning.)

Gaga followed the release of her well-received “Mayhem” album with two Coachella dates in mid-April, seen by millions via livestream. The singer indicated her Coachella set was bespoke for that occasion and was not a true tour kickoff. She then did a handful of large-scale shows in Mexico, Brazil and Singapore in late April through late May, but again, these were not billed as official “Mayhem Ball” dates. The Las Vegas kickoff marks her first full live show in almost two months.

Her North American tour is a short one, at least as far as 2025 dates go. She will be doing either two-night or three-night stands in Las Vegas, Seattle, New York, Miami, Toronto and Chicago over the next two months, with the U.S. leg wrapping up Sept. 17. Gaga then goes overseas, starting with a Sept. 30 show at London’s 02, and moving on to Sweden, Italy, Spain, Germany, the Netherlands, Belgium and France. The European leg is currently scheduled to wrap up on Nov. 20, before she heads to Australia in December.

Gaga’s plans for 2026 are unknown, but she has certainly left plenty of demand on the table for further shows in the U.S., with this summer taking her only to six North American cities, in arenas that could be considered underplays, considering that she did stadiums on her “Chromatica” tour.
