The trailer for “Luxe Listings Sydney” Season 3 is now available, teasing “more rivalry, higher stakes and multi-million-dollar deals”.

The six-part series will once agin follow property agents Gavin Rubinstein, D’Leanne Lewis, Simon Cohen and Monika Tu.

The trailer also heavily features pop star Delta Goodrem as both Rubinstein and Cohen attempt to land her the perfect property.

The show drops on Prime Video on Sept. 30.

Prime Video said the Sydney property market is one of the most competitive and cutthroat in the world.

“Sydney stuns and properties reign supreme in “Luxe Listings Sydney”,” publicity for Season 3 said. “As buying and selling in the luxury real estate market moves at a lightening pace, the harbour city continues to be one of the most sought-after locations to live in the world. This season, the property market in Sydney gets even tighter with highly competitive auctions leaving the agents duelling for the most coveted properties.”

It added: “Risking their reputations and pulling off unbelievable deals, the four elite real estate specialists showcase Sydney’s most spectacular and elite properties.”

“Luxe Listings Sydney” is executive produced by Eureka Productions’ Chris Culvenor, Paul Franklin, Rikkie Proost, Evan Wilkes, Jake Hargreaves and Anastassia Gerakas, along with series creators and executive producers Benjamin Scott and James Kennedy through Kentel.

Culvenor has previously told Variety Australia that in Australia, and Sydney in particular, there’s a fascination and obsession with property, which further fuels the show’s success.

“So there’s the traditional, just straight viewer [metric] that we have, but also I think there’s a certain buzz that some shows have where they become sort of part of the zeitgeist, they become part of the news cycle. So I think that’s a really great way to gauge success, and certainly “Luxe Listings” has ticked both those metrics success which has been huge, but also we really feel like it has cut through as well from that news cycle and social media engagement [perspective] as well,” he said in an interview earlier this year.

“I think the incredible real estate and the window into these lives of the rich and famous is just so fascinating and so compelling to watch. I personally just find it addictive to watch these incredible houses that normally I wouldn’t necessarily get an invitation to. So I think that’s part of it,” he added.

“And then I think the really compelling characters. Gavin [Rubinstein], D’Leanne [Lewis], Simon [Cohen] and Monika [Tu] are just so captivating to watch. They’re so good at what they do, they’re so passionate about what they do. And those rivalries are so authentic as well.

“So I think that is the thing that really resonates with the audience. Like these are people who are top of their game.”
