Yes, sure, the CGI looks…questionable…at present. But ever since Disney+ announced that Marvel’s new She-Hulk would be Tatiana Maslany, this show was never going to be anything less than Intriguing. Maslany, who rightly won an Emmy for her astonishing performances as several clones on “Orphan Black,” is exactly the kind of talent who can take a seemingly ridiculous premise and make it work, and lo, here she is being charming as hell as “She-Hulk: Attorney at Law.”
Truly, though, the most encouraging part of this entire trailer might actually be the reveal of that tongue-in-cheek subtitle, which is so consciously silly that it just might be a lot of fun. Bonus points are also in order for quick appearances from Mark Ruffalo, Josh Segarra (“The Other Two”) and Renée Elise Goldsberry, a pretty solid supporting cast no matter the genre.
