Eddie Izzard is returning to Australian stages for a November 2025 tour.

“The Remix Tour Live” will see Izzard remixing some of her favourite stories from throughout her 35-year career, coinciding with the Just For Laughs Comedy Festival taking place in Sydney.

Izzard said about the upcoming tour, “In the first 35 years of my stand-up career I came up with many weird and crazy comedy stories. The ones I like the best will be in my 2025 live ‘Remix Tour.’”

Tickets go on sale Friday, August 15 at 9am (local time) via bohmpresents.com.

The offical show teaser reads: “Ever wondered what became of Darth Vader and Mr Steven’s or the monkey in the tree, did the pears ever ripen… and will God ever appear? It’s a glorious chance to ‘maybe’ find out the answers or discover more questions to those Izzard conundrums. It’s highly likely that no night will be exactly the same so as ever with Eddie, expect the unexpected.”

Izzard’s career spans 35 years of comedy tours and acclaimed film, TV and theatre performances. Beyond the stage, she’s taken part in marathon running and even politics. She made her stage debut in 1993 for “Live at the Ambassadors,” which saw her receive an Olivier Award nomination for Outstanding Achievement.

That was followed by several critically acclaimed shows: “Unrepeatable,” “Definite Article,” “Glorious,” “Dress to Kill,” “Circle,” “Sexie and Stripped,” “Force Majeure” and “Wunderbar.” “Force Majeure” was one of the largest comedy tours in history, playing in over 45 countries and in all 50 US states. A staunch supporter of the European Union, she tours in four languages — English, French, German and Spanish.
