A photo shared by Sandilands’ manager, Bruno Bouchet, shows the new team assembled in matching black hoodies emblazoned with the words Kyle Sandilands Live. For long-time KIIS FM listeners, many of the faces are instantly recognisable, with several former Kyle & Jackie O Show staffers reunited after last year’s fallout with ARN.

1. Kyle Sandilands
At one time the highest paid radio star in Australia. Now, after his show was cancelled by ARN, Sandilands is going rogue and alone, starting his own show, Kyle Sandilands Live.
2. Bruno Bouchet
If Sandilands has a right-hand man, it’s Bruno Bouchet.
The pair have worked together since Sandilands’ 2DayFM days, with Bouchet stepping into the role of manager in 2018. He also serves as managing director of Sandilands’ company, King Kyle Pty Ltd, and has remained one of the broadcaster’s closest confidants through every career twist.
3. Pedro Cuccovillo Vitola
Pedro Cuccovillo Vitola’s radio career began in 2016 after winning what was billed as the “World’s Best Job” listener competition.
4. Josh Fox
Josh Fox joined The Kyle & Jackie O Show around 2023 and quickly became an on-air personality in his own right, earning a following for his candid discussions about sex, addiction and recovery.

Away from radio, Fox authored the memoir What You Into and hosts the MAFS Funny podcast. Like Cuccovillo Vitola, he later left ARN for AIIMS Creator Hub, where he has reunited with the former KIIS team.
5. Alfie Laguzza
Alfie Laguzza’s path to the team started as an internship while studying at AFTRS.
He worked his way into a full-time content producer role before becoming one of the casualties of ARN’s redundancies following the end of The Kyle & Jackie O Show. Shortly after, Sandilands revealed he had already offered Laguzza a role on his new project.
6. Dean Royston
Former Army serviceman Dean Royston worked as an audio producer on The Kyle & Jackie O Show before also being made redundant by ARN.
Sandilands quickly moved to bring him across, appointing Royston Head of Production for the new venture.
7. Jaimee ‘Mayo’ Blazquez
Better known to listeners simply as “Mayo”, Jaimee Blazquez has long been one of Australian radio’s best-connected producers.
Game Changers podcast host Craig Bruce once described her as having “the best little black book in the industry”, thanks to her ability to secure A-list celebrity bookings. Blazquez was on maternity leave when the public dispute between Sandilands and ARN unfolded, bringing an end to the show.
8. Mary Madigan
The wildcard appointment is news.com.au columnist Mary Madigan.
Sandilands announced last week that Madigan will become the show’s newsreader and gossip presenter. While the appointment surprised many across the media industry, she is no stranger to his audience, having previously appeared as a regular weekly contributor on The Kyle & Jackie O Show.
