Ticketek Entertainment Group (TEG) has today announced a new managing director of ticketing.
Amy Mackie, who has spent more than 17 years at TEG, will lead ticketing strategy and operations in each market, working alongside regional general managers for ticketing and memberships.
She joins TEG’s executive committee and reports directly to chief executive officer Cameron Hoy.
Hoy said the appointment recognised Mackie’s long track record at the company across product, technology, marketing, and operations.
“Amy brings significant depth to the role with over 17 years’ experience in our business spanning product, technology, marketing and operations,” Hoy said.
“Amy is a highly capable, dedicated and passionate executive, and I am incredibly proud to be making this very well-deserved appointment.”
Mackie said her focus would be on maintaining standards across TEG’s markets while pursuing new commercial opportunities.
