For the first time outside of the US, “The Office” ‘Superfan’ episodes are set to hit Australian TV screens.

Coming to BINGE as of today (August 21st), all 170 episodes from Seasons 1–8 are available with 28 hours, 55 minutes, and 20 seconds of extended scenes, bloopers, deleted moments, and bonus content.

The news comes only a week after “The Office” spinoff, “The Paper”, set its premiere date for September 25th.

The official logline for “The Paper” states, “The documentary crew that immortalized Dunder Mifflin’s Scranton branch is in search of a new subject when they discover a historic Midwestern newspaper and the publisher trying to revive it.

The cast of the series includes Domhnall Gleeson, Sabrina Impacciatore, Oscar Nuñez, who is reprising his role from “The Office,” Chelsea Frei, Melvin Gregg, Gbemisola Ikumelo, Alex Edelman, Ramona Young, and Tim Key.

In a trailer played at the NBCUniversal upfront presentation, it was revealed that the show takes place in the offices of the Toledo Truth-Teller. The documentary crew makes their way around the room, revealing that Oscar (Nuñez) is now working as an accountant for the paper. He is none too happy to see the doc crew again. Impacciatore plays the managing editor, while Gleeson plays an idealistic new employee.

Greg Daniels, who developed “The Office” for American television, co-created the series with Michael Koman. Both serve as executive producers along with “The Office” creators Ricky Gervais and Stephen Merchant as well as Howard Klein, Ben Silverman and Banijay Americas (formerly Reveille). Universal Television is the studio.

Meanwhile, “The Office” fan favourite Creed Bratton is bringing his ‘A Night of Music & Comedy’ tour to Australia in October, with stops confirmed in Canberra, Sydney, Perth and Melbourne.

Bratton brought his last variety show to Australia in 2021, a tour delayed by COVID restrictions. “Since I first came up with the idea for this variety tour a few years ago,” Creed said at the time, “I’ve always wanted to head Down Under and perform it for Australian audiences. I couldn’t be happier that I’m finally making my way there.”
