‘The Morning Show’ Season 4 Sets September Premiere, First-Look Photos Reveal Marion Cotillard and More New Cast

Apple TV+ has unveiled a first look at “The Morning Show” Season 4, which premieres Sept. 17 with new episodes coming weekly until Nov. 19.

The official logline for “The Morning Show” Season 4 reads, “With the UBA-NBN merger complete, the newsroom must grapple with newfound responsibility, hidden motives and the elusive nature of truth in a polarized America. In a world rife with deepfakes, conspiracy theories and corporate cover-ups — who can you trust? And how can you know what’s actually real?”

Cast members for the Apple TV+ drama include Reese Witherspoon, Jennifer Aniston, Billy Crudup, Karen Pittman, Nicole Beharie, Nestor Carbonell, Mark Duplass, Greta Lee, Aaron Pierre, William Jackson Harper, Boyd Holbrook and Jon Hamm. Marion Cotillard and Jeremy Irons are making their debuts on the show this season.

Charlotte Stoudt serves as showrunner and executive producer alongside Michael Ellenberg and Lindsey Springer through Media Res, Witherspoon and Lauren Neustadter through Hello Sunshine and Aniston and Kristin Hahn through Echo Films. Mimi Leder is the series’ director as well as an executive producer. Zander Lehmann and Micah Schraft also executive produce.

Season 3 earned 16 Emmy nominations and a win for Crudup in the best supporting actor category for his role as Cory Ellison. He also won a Critics’ Choice award for his performance as Ellison in the third season.

Season 2 earned Emmy nods for Witherspoon in the best lead actress category, Marcia Gay Harden in the best guest actress category and Leder for best directing in a drama series.
