It’s time to play another deadly game.

Searchlight Pictures has released the trailer for “Ready or Not 2: Here I Come.” The film hits theatres on April 10.

The film’s official logline reads, “Moments after surviving an all-out attack from the Le Domas family, Grace (Samara Weaving) discovers she’s reached the next level of the nightmarish game — and this time with her estranged sister Faith (Kathryn Newton) at her side. Grace has one chance to survive, keep her sister alive, and claim the High Seat of the Council that controls the world. Four rival families are hunting her for the throne, and whoever wins rules it all.”

Samara Weaving reprises her role as Grace in the sequel. New cast members include Kathryn Newton as Faith MacCaullay, Grace’s younger sister, Sarah Michelle Gellar as Ursula Danforth, Shawn Hatosy as Titus Danforth, and David Cronenberg as Mr. Danforth. The film also stars Néstor Carbonell, Kevin Durand, Olivia Cheng and Elijah Wood.

The first “Ready or Not,” released in 2019, followed Grace, a former foster child who marries into the wealthy le Domas family. After tying the knot with Alex le Domas (Mark O’Brien), she must prove her worth to her in-laws by playing a deadly game of hide and seek.

“Ready or Not 2: Here I Come” is directed by Matt Bettinelli-Olpin and Tyler Gillett. Guy Busick and R. Christopher Murphy penned the script. Tripp Vinson, James Vanderbilt, William Sherak and Bradley J. Fischer serve as producers.
