Jessica Ducrou has unveiled her new touring business, Black Peach.
A joint venture with Untitled Group, Black Peach is a collaboration that’s said to focus on delivering international touring artists across the country, “complementing Untitled’s pipeline of global talent through its flagship festivals and tours,” a statement reads.
The enterprise is unveiled today, July 8, a year after Ducrou split from Secret Sounds Group, the business she co-founded in 2016.
Untitled’s latest partner is the co-founder of Splendour in the Grass, and one of the highest-flying women in the history of Australia’s live entertainment industry.
“We’re honoured to be working alongside someone as respected and experienced as Jess,” comments Untitled Group co-founder and managing partner Nicholas Greco. “Her contribution to the Australian live music landscape is something we’ve long admired. Welcoming her into this new chapter with Untitled feels like a natural collaboration.”
With the twin-leadership of co-CEOs Ducrou and Dew Process chief Paul Piticco, Secret Sounds Group grew to become one of the biggest live music enterprises in the country, representing Splendour in the Grass, Harvest Rock, Falls Festival, Secret Sounds Touring, Village Sounds booking agency, Secret Sounds Connect commercial rights and creative agency, North Byron Parklands, The Triffid venue in Brisbane and other assets.
Live Nation Entertainment bought a controlling stake in Secret Sounds Group in 2016.
Ducrou’s departure from Secret Sounds Group in June 2024 followed the surprise scratching of Splendour, which had booked a lineup led by Kylie Minogue, Future and Arcade Fire for its annual party in Byron Bay, set for late July of the same year.
The pin was pulled on Splendour in March 2024, just days after the general ticket onsale.
Established in 2001, Splendour was, for a generation, the hottest ticket in the colder months of the festivals calendar. Like other outdoor events, SITG has felt the squeeze from soaring talent fees, inclement weather, the cost of living crisis and more.
Ducrou has championed the festivals and live space as founding chair of the SoundNSW advisory board and as deputy chair of the Australian Festivals Association.

Now celebrating its 10th anniversary, Untitled Group is on a tear. The Melbourne-based independent concerts and fest specialist came in at No. 12 on Billboard’s recently-published 2025 mid-year promoter’s list, recognition for a “landmark” 2024, during which the group sold more tickets than any previous year.
Untitled Group’s “historic milestones” in 2024 included 630,000 tickets sold across its events and tours, up from the 500,000 sold in 2023.
Those events included Beyond the Valley and Pitch Music & Arts festival, both of which appeared in DJ Mag’s Top 100 Festivals list for 2025, and Dom Dolla’s four-date lap of Australia, which shifted 170,000 tickets, a new high-mark for a homegrown DJ
Dom Dolla will make history again this December, with the superstar DJ and producer’s debut stadium show at Sydney’s Allianz Stadium. Untitled Group and TEG Live are presenting the show on Saturday, December 20.
“I’m super excited to partner with Untitled Group, contributing to their already impressive touring roster of artists,” Ducrou says in a joint statement. “An amazing company that I have admired greatly from afar, I am very much looking forward to collaborating with Nick and the team who share a like-minded passion for artist development, bold ideas and innovation. Good times ahead.”
