“Jimmy Rees: Meanwhile in Australia” will premiere on Binge on Sept. 27.
The hour-long comedy special fuses traditional stand-up comedy alongside Rees’ skits and characters including ‘The Guy Who Decides and Jason’, ‘The Brighton Ladies’ and ‘Meanwhile in Australia’.
Rees is the former frontman of children’s show “Giggle and Hoot” on the ABC, and has since gone on to become a viral social media star.
The “Meanwhile in Australia” event grew from five live shows to 34 sold-out national events.

On the same day as the comedy special’s release on Binge, Rees will release his debut book for adults, “The Guy Who Decides”.
