A new animated series about an average Australian superhero and a documentary about the world’s most famous music studio are coming to Disney+ in the first month of the year.
Three days later, it’s time for the premiere of “Koala Man”, a brand-new Hulu animated comedy series with a voice cast containing Hugh Jackman.
“Koala Man” follows middle-aged dad Kevin and his not-so-secret identity, whose only superpower is a burning passion for following rules and snuffing out petty crime in the Australian suburban town of Dapto. He’ll do whatever it takes to defeat villainous masterminds, supernatural horrors, or worse: jerks who don’t take their rubbish bins down on the proper days.
With “Rick and Morty” co-creator Justin Roiland on board as an executive producer, combined with the comically chirpy Aussie style of humour, “Koala Man” should be one of the most intriguing new animated series of 2023.
On January 6th, “If These Walls Could Sing” will take music fans behind the scenes of the famed Abbey Road Studios. Mary McCartney leads the Disney+ documentary, guiding viewers through nine decades to experience the creative magic that makes it the most famous music studio in the world.
“If These Walls Could Sing” features intimate interviews with artists, producers, engineers and Abbey Road staff, as well as vivid archive footage of the iconic London venue.
