Golden Globes 2023 Winners: The Complete List

One year after the Golden Globes went un-televised and without media or celebrities in attendance, the awards show is back on NBC and Peacock in an attempt to restore its prestige and glory. The 2023 ceremony takes place on Tuesday night, a departure from its usual, prime Sunday night slot, and is hosted by comedian Jerrod Carmichael.

Since 2021, the Golden Globes and the Hollywood Foreign Press Associated have been the center of controversy after a Los Angeles Times investigation revealed there were no Black HFPA members. The report also shined a light on the HFPA’s questionable business practices, and many celebrities and publicists threatened to boycott the organization if it didn’t change its ways. Now, the HFPA says more than 10% of its voters are Black, and the group revamped its ethical rules to prevent members from accepting gifts from movie studios. After last year was nearly devoid of fanfare, the 2023 Golden Globes has seen the return of many A-list celebrities and nominees.

“The Banshees of Inisherin” received a leading eight nominations in film categories, followed by “Everything Everywhere All at Once” with six. “The Fabelmans,” “Elvis” and “Babylon” all tied with five nods apiece. On the TV side, “Abbott Elementary” leads with five nods, and “The White Lotus,” “Dahmer,” “The Crown,” “Pam & Tommy” and “Only Murders in the Building” all scored four nominations.
