Last night, Sydney’s iconic Town Hall was transported to the shadowy, high-stakes world of “The Artful Dodger”, as cast, creatives, and special guests gathered to celebrate the official launch of the Australian original series’ highly anticipated second season.

The red carpet welcomed a glittering lineup of Australian talent, including series stars Maia Mitchell, Susie Porter, Tim Minchin, Lucy-Rose Leonard, Jeremy Sims, Zac Burgess, Nicholas Burton, Damien Garvey, Luke Carroll, Aljin Abella and Albert Latailakepa.

Co-Creator and Executive Producer James McNamara also attended, joined by directors Ben Young and AACTA Award-winning Gracie Otto.

Hosted by history enthusiast Ainslie Harvey of “Hot History,” the launch transported attendees into the richly imagined world of the series. The ornate late-19th-century Town Hall was transformed into an playground of late-night revelry, intrigue and theatrical storytelling, complete with roaming ballroom dancers, authentic set props and Fagin’s lair brought vividly to life.
