This week’s “Saturday Night Live” featured a surprise cameo from series alum Mike Myers, who returned to the long-running NBC sketch comedy show to once again spoof Elon Musk.

The cold open took place during The Trumps, an award show meant to honour “the best in being or succumbing to President Donald Trump.” Trump (James Austin Johnson) invited his “close ex-friend” Musk to the stage to accept the “lifetime achievement award for comedy, even though he might not always intend it.”

Musk then took the stage, vacillating between hyperactive and completely stoic, telling the crowd, “I feel so emotionless to be here.

“If anyone knows humour, it’s me,” he continued. “No tariffs on humour!”

Earlier in the sketch, Trump told the crowd, “It truly is an honour to be here hosting The Turmps. After that lady, whose name I already forget, gave me her Nobel Prize, I thought ‘I need more awards!’ And after what all my little freaks and psychos in ICE have been doing, I need more distractions.”

Trump then accepted the award for the best picture of himself from Vice President J.D. Vance (Jeremy Culhane), whom Trump naturally insulted every chance he got. Vance returned later as a nominee alongside Kristi Noem (Ashley Padilla) as nominees for best kiss, both getting nommed for kissing “Trump’s ass.” Even though they were up against Trump (for kissing “Putin’s ass”), Noem ended up winning, but Trump still managed to snag the award from her.
