In the midst of wedding planning, venues can be a stress point, but Wildwood in Kangaroo Valley takes the stress out of the whole endeavour.
Set on 100 acres of subtropical rainforest, with views of Morton National Park, beautiful on-site accommodations and other perks for weddings held onsite, the owners are hosting a long lunch celebration for engaged couples looking to get a taste of the experience.
For $79 a head, attendees receive a complimentary drink, then will take a tour of the venue, sample some canapés on the lawn, enjoy a lunch by the same catering crew that would supply the wedding celebrations, take a complimentary engagement photo with photographer At Dusk, and meet celebrants and musicians that can be booked for the big day.

Wildwood offers a range of services for all wedding packages. A dedicated coordinator can take care of the busywork to keep couples focused on the festivity while their guests can mingle in a multitude of spaces. And when it’s time for the big moment, couples can tie the knot at a scenic lookout or by a humble bush shed.
The reception venue can pack up to 100 guests with everything from a kitchen to speakers and security attached, and the optional extra add-ons include everything from furniture and tablewares (included in the price) to fireworks and chocolate fountains.
Staying on site? The guest accommodations sleep up to eight people in four bedrooms, so the wedding party won’t have to go far. And they can make the most of a private kitchen and pizza oven, too, for a proper wedding pre-game with friends and family.
