NOVA Entertainment has announced an exclusive Australian partnership with FlightStory, making them the new Australian home of the globally successful podcast “The Diary of a CEO.”

The newly announced partnership will give Australian advertisers exclusive access to all podcasts and presenters within the FlightStory portfolio.

Its flagship podcast “The Diary of a CEO,” founded and hosted by Steven Bartlett, has become a powerhouse in the podcast world with impressive statistics to back its influence. The show boasts 25 million followers across platforms, over 11 million YouTube subscribers and has achieved more than a billion streams with 60 million monthly listens globally.

Bartlett, an entrepreneur, speaker and best-selling author, has created a raw, long-form interview format that features unfiltered conversations with some of the world’s most influential people. High-profile guests have included Michelle Obama, Simon Cowell, Trevor Noah and Jimmy Fallon, cementing the podcast’s reputation for attracting major cultural figures.

FlightStory, described as a media and investment company, is dedicated to “elevating stories, building communities and supporting creators that inspire a happier, healthier humanity.” Beyond “The Diary of a CEO,” the company brings together a selection of podcast titles and creators identified through their proprietary data science platform called FlightRadar. This includes content from broadcaster Davina McCall, relationship expert Paul C. Brunson and human performance scientist Dr Kristen Holmes.

On the new partnership, Bartlett explained, “We’ve chosen NOVA Entertainment as our exclusive representation in the Australian market because we feel deeply aligned. And I say that in many respects. We share a commitment to independent ownership, creative innovation, a collaborative mindset, and the belief that this partnership will make one plus one equal three.”

He added, “This partnership creates an unparalleled opportunity for brands to deliver positive influence at scale – unlike anything that currently exists in the Australian market. So, let’s open the conversation.”

NOVA Entertainment’s Chief Executive Officer Peter Charlton expressed enthusiasm about the deal, stating, “This is a huge win for NOVA. Steven and the entire FlightStory team are truly world class, as is the content they create. I’m incredibly proud they’ve chosen us to help grow their presence in Australia and firmly believe they’re in the right hands.”

Christiana Brenton, Chief Revenue Officer at FlightStory, highlighted that “NOVA’s pitch stood out in every way, anchored in creative bravery, a commitment to innovation, and a deep empathy for the advertiser experience.”

Kate Murphy, NOVA Entertainment’s National Commercial Strategy Director, CREATE, added that the partnership “exemplifies the very best of what NOVA are capable of unlocking for advertisers,” noting Bartlett’s reputation as “one of the most discerning brand builders in the world.”
