Say goodbye to the fab five: Netflix‘s “Queer Eye” is set to end after its upcoming 10th season.
The news was announced by the streamer via social media on Wednesday with the caption: “10 seasons. Fab Five. One last go ’round. The final season of ‘Queer Eye’ is officially in production!”
The feel-good reality makeover series is a reboot of Bravo’s original 2003 show, and first premiered on Netflix in 2018. It features five LGBTQ+ advisers who spend a week improving the life of someone in need, with each season focusing on a different U.S. city.

Production on Season 10 began on Wednesday in Washington, D.C. The show’s ninth season debuted last year and took place in Las Vegas. The final run “will celebrate the show’s legacy and impact, spotlighting heroes from the nation’s capital,” according to a press release.
“Queer Eye” is the longest-running Netflix unscripted series and earned 11 Emmy wins and 37 nominations. It continues to hold the record for the most wins ever in the outstanding structured reality program category, with six consecutive trophies.
The show is executive produced by David Collins, Michael Williams and Rob Eric for Scout Productions. Jennifer Lane serves as the showrunner and executive producer. Jordana Hochman, Mark Bracero and Lyndsey Burr serve as executive producers for ITV Entertainment. Brent, Brown, France, Porowski and Van Ness also executive produce.
