Disney has renewed “Project Runway” for Season 22, which will debut in 2026 across Hulu, Disney+ and Freeform.

Heidi Klum will return to host and judge the catwalk competition show, joined by mentor Christian Siriano and judges Law Roach and Nina Garcia.

This year’s Season 21 was the first to premiere under the Disney umbrella after the show bounced between Bravo and Lifetime since its 2004 debut. It also marked Klum’s return after a five-season hiatus and welcomed celebrity stylist Roach to the judge’s panel.

Disney also refreshed the series with Mouse House-themed challenges (like a Princess vs. Villain episode) and cameos from “Abbott Elementary” stars Lisa Ann Walter and Chris Perfetti. Season 21 crowned Veejay Floresca as the winner.

“Project Runway” is produced by Spyglass Media Group and Alfred Street Industries. Gary Barber and Sean Hoagland serve as executive producers for Spyglass. Dan Cutforth, Jane Lipsitz, Nan Strait, Dan Volpe, Michael Rucker and San Heng executive produce for Alfred Street Industries. Klum, Siriano and Garcia also serve as executive producers.

“Project Runway” debuted in 2004 with host Klum and mentor Tim Gunn. They both left “Project Runway” in 2018 to lead their own fashion competition show, “Making the Cut,” on Amazon Prime Video. Karlie Kloss took over hosting duties of “Project Runway” for the next two seasons, with Season 4 winner Christian Siriano serving as mentor. For Seasons 19 and 20, Siriano took over for Kloss and pulled double duty as host and mentor.

The reality series is credited with launching the careers of designers including Siriano, Austin Scarlett, Leanne Marshall, Irina Shabayeva, Michael Costello and Bishme Cromartie, among others.
