Who’s hungry? Phil Rosenthal, the award-winning creator of “Somebody Feed Phil” and executive producer of “Everybody Loves Raymond”, is coming to Australia. Sadly, it’s not to record another season — it’s better. Rosenthal will touch down in Australia and New Zealand for a six-stop speaking tour in May 2026.
Rosenthal will be visiting Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide, Hobart and Auckland for moderated conversations and stories of his life, career, travels, family and favourite meals, before audience Q&As to round out each event.
Rosenthal is the star and creator of Netflix’s Emmy-nominated, longest-running unscripted series, “Somebody Feed Phil,” which released its eighth season earlier in 2025. Thanks to the series, Rosenthal has won Critics’ Choice Real TV Awards in 2021 and 2022 for Best Travel/Adventure Show and Male Star of the Year, as well as receiving a nomination in 2024. Not to mention his involvement in “Everybody Loves Raymond,” which was nominated for over 70 Emmy Awards during its nine-year run.
Rosenthal is also a published author for the “Somebody Feed Phil” cookbook, its companion book “Phil’s Favourites” and children’s book “JUST TRY IT: A Phil and Lil book”. In 2022 he broke into the podcast scene with “Naked Lunch,” and his most recent venture is seeing him break into the other side of the culinary industry — having just opened Los Angeles diner Max and Helen’s, named after his parents.
Tickets for “An Evening with Phil Rosenthal’ go on sale on Friday, December 12 at 10am local time. Mastercard cardholders can access a presale from Wednesday, December 10 at 10am, as will Westpac New Zealand Mastercard customers. A Livenation presale will also run from 10am on Thursday, December 11, in Australia and New Zealand local times.
