Banijay Rights has tapped Lottie Wilson as VP for Australia and New Zealand where she’ll handle sales
strategy across those territories.

Wilson previously worked at BBC Studios as head of acquisitions for branded services in Australia and New Zealand. She held senior acquisition roles at the company since 2015.

Over at Banijay Rights, Wilson will handle the company’s catalogue comprising over 205,000 hours of content and will report into Lyle Bettson-Barker, SVP in Australia and New Zealand.

“With more than 15 years’ experience in the international television industry, Lottie is one of those rare executives with ample experience across sales, acquisitions and branded services,” said Bettson-Barker.

Wilson, meanwhile, praised Banijay Rights’ “innovative approach to business so to join its industry-
renowned team is a real privilege.”

Led by CEO Cathy Payne, Banijay Rights’s portfolio includes flagship formats such as “Survivor,” “Big Brother” and “MasterChef,” as well as prestige scripted shows such “Peaky Blinders” and “Black Mirror.”
