Harry Styles’ other big film of the year and a romcom featuring Pete Davidson and Kaley Cuoco are among the new arrivals on Prime Video this month.
On November 4th, a drama film gaining a lot of Oscar traction starring pop star Harry Styles arrives on Prime Video. No, it’s not discourse monster “Don’t Worry Darling”, but rather “My Policeman”, a romantic drama based on the 2012 novel of the same name.
Set in 1950s Britain, a gay policeman, marries a female schoolteacher despite being in a relationship with a male museum curator. The secret they share share soon threatens to ruin them all.
November 25th sees the arrival of “Meet Cute”, a romcom with a science fiction twist. When Sheila, played by Kaley Cuoco, meets Gary, played by Pete Davidson, it’s love at first sight – until we realise they magical meeting wasn’t fate at all.
Instead, Sheila’s got a time machine, and she’s been falling in love with Gary over and over again. When the perfect night is never quite enough, Sheila decides to travel to Gary’s past in order to change him into the perfect man.
Despite starring two of the most commercially viable comic actors of the last decades, “Meet Cute” has so far met with mixed reviews from critics.
And on November 9th, the fourth volume of Rihanna’s Savage X Fenty Show premieres, featuring a new all-star lineup of models, actors, music artists, and more.
